About us
Since 1926 NILOS is your specialist for the application-oriented development of high-quality and innovative product of conveyor belt equipment.
The comprehensive NILOS programme comprises hot vulcanizing and cold repair material, as well as belt installation, maintenance, overhauling, vulcanizing presses and reconditioning of conveyor belts.
Our own engineering and manufacture of machinery as well as our production of rubber and elastomer materials, along with a large service capacity, ensure the quick and well adapted supply and mounting of all products required around the conveyor belt.
Another area in which NILOS is specialized are products for wear protection made of rubber or synthetic, scrapers and pulley laggings. The wear protection components are proven in high-stress areas.

• Nilos splicing materials (hot & cold vulcanizing materials) are designed with an overall composition to fit the conveyor belt compounds of most manufacturers. Knowing technical details of the belt to be spliced, NILOS offers individually for every customer and every belt a splicing kit with all the components and amounts needed.
